The Curbside drop box along with the drop box located on the outside of the Building can be used at anytime when returning absentee ballots. There is additional drop box available inside the Main doors that can be used during regular business hours.

Ash Township Cemeteries
Ash Township maintains the following public cemeteries:
Carleton Cemetery, located in the Village of Carleton
Grafton Cemetery, located on Sigler Rd.
Port Creek Cemetery, located on Port Creek Rd.
Ash Center Cemetery, located on Telegraph road.

The Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining custody of all township records, maintaining the general ledger, preparing the township’s checks, payroll for the township’s employees, recording and maintaining meeting minutes, and the keeping of the township’s book of oath and ordinance book. The Clerk’s Office is also responsible for posting special meeting notices, publishing board meeting minutes, keeping voter registration files and and conducting all village and township elections. In addition, we maintain all of Ash Township’s public cemeteries.
