Unity Park Rules and Regulations
The park is available for use, but please keep in mind that it is still under construction. The rules and regulations of the park and pond are as follows and are subject to change at any time. A permit is required to reserve the park pavilion. Please download the file and return the clerks office or apply at clerks office.
During the winter months, you may walk in the park at your own risk, there is no winter maintenance provided.
1. The Park is open dawn to dusk.
2. NO motor vehicles are permited in the park.
3. NO swimming in the pond.
4. NO open fires in the park.
5. NO Alcohol permited on Township property.
5. Fishing is permitted in the pond. You are required to following Michigan fishing laws.
6. Non-motorized boats only in the pond.
7. Baseball fields are not ready for use yet.
8. Pavilion is open for use, it is a first come first serve basis, remember the park around the pavilion is still under construction.
9. There is a porta john and trash bin available.
10. Pets are welcome, please pick up after them.
11. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF!
